Development Authority officials and directions has been given to them to conduct the health audit of all unfinished projects, the main purpose of this audit is to find out the reason behind the stalled projects.

Can builder escape from the RERA Registration?

The Promoter/Developer has to make available to the home buyers the layout/sanctioned plans of the project along with its specification and the approval by the authority.
