In World Bank’s Ease of Doing Buisness Report, India has been ranked at a poor 130th among  190 countries and it also suggested some areas of improvement. PM Modi has  asked all chief secretaries and all secretaries of the government of India to analyze the potential areas where there is scope for improvement in their respective departments and states. India has improved its place by one spot only.Commerce and Industry Minister Nirmala Sitharaman was disappointed with the report and said that  the efforts and reforms undertaken by the Centre and states have not been adequately captured.
