In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 157 of the trademark Act 1999, the Central Government hereby makes following rules in supersession of the trademark rules 2002, to be called Trademark Rules, 2017.

Major Changes in this notification is as follow-

A) E-filling

New TM govt fees Rs 4500/- for individual/ startup, small business

And for others- 9000/-

B) Physically filling

New TM govt. fees Rs. 5000/- for individual/startup/business

And for others- Rs 10.000/-
