About RERA in Uttar Pradesh
The Government of Uttar Pradesh has notified the RERA Rules in Uttar Pradesh on 27/10/2016. The RERA in Uttar Pradesh has also been constituted. However, the Newly constituted BJP government is working on the revamp of these rules. We are expecting the New RERA rules by Mid of July 2017.
